Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, submission and updating of the Project Baseline Program (using Primavera Project Management P5.0) including;
• Project detailed construction schedule/program.
• Project material procurement schedule.
• Project shop drawings schedule.
• Project labor histograms.
• Project Cash Flow.
• Preparation of Delay Impact and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims Programs (Variation Claims).
• Recording and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
• Follow up of Submittals, Procurement Schedule, etc.
• Preparation of In-house program for the construction team to expedite the work.
• Preparing Daily Site Reports for the consultant and Issuing Daily/Weekly Construction Schedules for the Construction Team.

Projects:
Projects include high-rise buildings up to 14 stories and lateral (horizontal) buildings.

1. Dubai Rehabilitation and Handicapped Center (Started in June, 2007 and Completed in August, 2008).
2. 2 Nos. (2B+G+7 Stories + Gymnasium/Swimming Pool Building) in Marina, Dubai.
3. 3B+G+14 Stories+ Swimming Pool (Office & Residential) Building at Al Barsha First, Dubai.
