     Principal planning Engineer for:

 

NationalSecurity Shield Sensor Tower Platforms (STPs) and Forward Mounted Base (FMB) AT Offshore QATAR

Responsible for Project Planning and Controlling, support to the Project Director for the co-ordination and development of an integrated project plan. The project scope was to provide a system for observation, detection, decision making and intervention action to warrant the security of all vital offshore assets by installing umbilical facilities, New Offshore Pipelines, new Sensor Tower Platforms (Seven STPs) and a Forward Mounted Base platform (FMB).

 And also responsible to manage all Cost, Planning & Document Control Dept's. Preparing the Project control and maintain a high quality schedules (Primavera P6),preparing monthly progress and performance reports to clients. Develop and implemented procedures for Cost and performance Control and monitoring for compliance with the contract.

EPIC of Al Wasit Offshore Gas Development Program, Saudi Aramco- Saudi Arabia

Responsible for Project Control, Planning and Cost control for the EPIC contract of the offshore packages Wasit gas development, encompassing the offshore development of the Arabiyah and Hasbah fields, located in the Persian Gulf.

Also responsible to Develop, implement & control project procedures, schedules budgets, estimates, and scope change orders, with computerized systems (Primavera). Carry out risk analysis on both schedules and Budgets. Update schedules with physical progress and man-hour expenditure to show all trends, status, and forecast & prepare scenarios. Evaluate all bids and revised Control Budgets/Schedules submitted by contractors. Negotiate any claims or change orders. Prepare & present all reports to client

The complete development of the two fields encompasses the engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of a total of 12 wellhead platforms, 2 tie-in platforms and 1 injection platform, besides to a 36 inches 260-kilometres-long export trunk line and approximately 200 kilometers of mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) pipelines, 200 kilometers of subsea electric and control cables and 40 kilometers of offshore flowlines. The scope of work also includes the shore approaches and about 120 kilometers of onshore pipelines.

EPCI, Hook-up and Commissioning of the offshore Platforms in Kazakhstan

Responsible for Project Planning and Controlling, support to the Project Director for the co-ordination and development of an integrated project plan. Reporting the progress, interface with client and Performance monitoring.

SAIPEM, in partnership with Aker Solutions, has been awarded by AGIP KCO the contract for activities for the Engineering, Procurement , construction, installation, hook-up and commissioning of the offshore Platforms as well as for the onshore completion and pre-fabrication in the Kuryk yard in Kazakhstan.

AquilaFloating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO),Eni EPIC Project -

Responsible to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization, also to develop systems and procedures for project control functions. Responsible to prepare the detail progress measurement system for project progress S curves.

The contract, awarded by Eni, encompasses the conversion of a wholly owned oil tanker into a FPSO vessel with storage capacity of 700,000 barrels and a production capacity of 12,000 barrels of oil per day, for which Saipem provides the installation and the operation management.

FEED for Installation of 48” and 53”Gas Pipelines in Abu Dhabi- GASCO

Responsible for Project planning and controlling of engineering consultancy services for the preparation of Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

The project scope was engineering for removal of a 20” pipeline (20 km) and installation a 52” Sales Gas pipeline (107 km) and a 48” Sales Gas pipeline (15 km) with relevant launching and receiving stations comprehensive of Scraper traps, Gas Filters, Ultrasonic Metering and Pressure Reduction skids.

SHAZAND ARAK Refinery Expansion and Products Upgrading Project-
Responsible for Project planning, Time Scheduling and Cost Controlling of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Refinery Expansion and Products Upgrading Project. The Project intends to implement an expansion revamp and products upgrading and also to investigate the impacts of this revamp and expansion on the overall operation of existing units and facilities of ARAK Refinery which is Located in Centre of Iran. And Also Preparing Project activity list, Time Schedule, Progress reports, system analysis and reporting project budget, time and resource plan versus Actual for this Project.

Pars Petrochemical Complex Offsite Facilities
Responsible for Project planning and controlling , Preparing, Time Schedule, Progress reports, system analysis and reporting project budget of EP (engineering and Procurement) for the 9th Olefin Petrochemical Complex Offsite facilities, located at Bandar Asaluyeh, sea shore North of the Persian Gulf, in the Bushehr province of Iran, including planning, controlling and monitoring the performance of basic and detail design and engineering, procurement and supply of all equipments and materials for Offsite of the Complex. And Also quality control of all Document and Drawing issued for the project in accordance with the Quality management standards systems” ISO 9001-2000, TS-29001-2003, IS0 14001-2004”.

HDPE– Marun Project (Mahshahr)
Responsible for Project planning and controlling of EPC (Engineering and Procurement and Construction) for HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) production plant which is located in Marun- Mahshahr south of Iran. The HDPE Plant in designed to produce 300,000 TPA HDPE based on Basell Technology. The Plant consists of following units: - Powder Production Unit - Powder Work Up Unit - Pellet Homogenizing Unit - Auxiliary Production Unit - Tank Farm’s Unit - Palletizing Unit - Utilities Unit - Bagging Unit - Fire Fighting - Laboratories - Central Control room - Pipe racks And Also quality control of all Document and Drawing issued for the project in accordance with the Quality management standards systems” ISO 9001-2000, TS-29001-2003, IS0 14001”.

Responsible for Project planning, Time and Cost Controlling of EPC (Engineering and Procurement & Construction) for PTA (Pure Terephthalic Acid) production Plant .The PTA-1 Production Plant is designed to produce 350,000 PTA based on Inca Technology. The project comprises of the following units: - CTA Unit - PTA Unit - Compressed Air Unit - Feed Storage Unit - Product Storage Unit - Bagging & Product Ware House - Non Industrial Buildings - Offsite Common Pipe Way And Also Preparing project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project activity list, Time Schedule, Progress reports, system analysis and reporting project budget, time and resource plan versus Actual for this Project.

Responsible for Project planning and controlling of EPC( Engineering , Procurement & Construction) for two 68” and 72” flare pipeline From C2 cracking and 9th Olefin Petrochemical Plant toward Flare areas Located approximately 4 Km at North Side of plants.( Bandar Asaluyeh , South of Iran). Kharg NGL-EPC Proposal
Preparing Time schedule and controlling the man hour and activities for preparation of the bid Document for EPC Tender of NGL 2300 located in Kharg Island South of Iran. This Project included The NGL recovery facility and consisted of the simultaneous development of two separate gas treatment and NGL recovery plants sharing common utilities and liquid export systems from both onshore and offshore sources.
