Principal planning Engineer for:
NationalSecurity Shield Sensor Tower Platforms (STPs) and Forward Mounted Base (FMB) AT Offshore QATAR
Responsible for Project Planning and Controlling, support to the Project Director for the co-ordination and development of an integrated project plan. The project scope was to provide a system for observation, detection, decision making and intervention action to warrant the security of all vital offshore assets by installing umbilical facilities, New Offshore Pipelines, new Sensor Tower Platforms (Seven STPs) and a Forward Mounted Base platform (FMB).
And also responsible to manage all Cost, Planning & Document Control Dept's. Preparing the Project control and maintain a high quality schedules (Primavera P6),preparing monthly progress and performance reports to clients. Develop and implemented procedures for Cost and performance Control and monitoring for compliance with the contract.
EPIC of Al Wasit Offshore Gas Development Program, Saudi Aramco- Saudi Arabia
Responsible for Project Control, Planning and Cost control for the EPIC contract of the offshore packages Wasit gas development, encompassing the offshore development of the Arabiyah and Hasbah fields, located in the Persian Gulf.
Also responsible to Develop, implement & control project procedures, schedules budgets, estimates, and scope change orders, with computerized systems (Primavera). Carry out risk analysis on both schedules and Budgets. Update schedules with physical progress and man-hour expenditure to show all trends, status, and forecast & prepare scenarios. Evaluate all bids and revised Control Budgets/Schedules submitted by contractors. Negotiate any claims or change orders. Prepare & present all reports to client
The complete development of the two fields encompasses the engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of a total of 12 wellhead platforms, 2 tie-in platforms and 1 injection platform, besides to a 36 inches 260-kilometres-long export trunk line and approximately 200 kilometers of mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) pipelines, 200 kilometers of subsea electric and control cables and 40 kilometers of offshore flowlines. The scope of work also includes the shore approaches and about 120 kilometers of onshore pipelines.
EPCI, Hook-up and Commissioning of the offshore Platforms in Kazakhstan
Responsible for Project Planning and Controlling, support to the Project Director for the co-ordination and development of an integrated project plan. Reporting the progress, interface with client and Performance monitoring.
SAIPEM, in partnership with Aker Solutions, has been awarded by AGIP KCO the contract for activities for the Engineering, Procurement , construction, installation, hook-up and commissioning of the offshore Platforms as well as for the onshore completion and pre-fabrication in the Kuryk yard in Kazakhstan.
AquilaFloating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO),Eni EPIC Project -
Responsible to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization, also to develop systems and procedures for project control functions. Responsible to prepare the detail progress measurement system for project progress S curves.
The contract, awarded by Eni, encompasses the conversion of a wholly owned oil tanker into a FPSO vessel with storage capacity of 700,000 barrels and a production capacity of 12,000 barrels of oil per day, for which Saipem provides the installation and the operation management.
FEED for Installation of 48” and 53”Gas Pipelines in Abu Dhabi- GASCO
Responsible for Project planning and controlling of engineering consultancy services for the preparation of Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
The project scope was engineering for removal of a 20” pipeline (20 km) and installation a 52” Sales Gas pipeline (107 km) and a 48” Sales Gas pipeline (15 km) with relevant launching and receiving stations comprehensive of Scraper traps, Gas Filters, Ultrasonic Metering and Pressure Reduction skids.

The tender was a EPCI Packages for the development of the southern part of Mafumeira field, located approximately 30 kilometers off the Angolan coast, including the engineering, procurement and pre-fabrication activities for subsequent offshore modification and tie-in activities on the existing Mafumeria Norte Platform and the future Mafumeria Sul platforms.
