AS Sr. PLANNING ENGINEER.
I. Developing of master schedule (Level II) for EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning).
II. Developing of WBS (work break down structure) for preparation of detail level III and level IV Schedule.
III. Developing of detail Level IV schedule.
IV. Developing of SRA (schedule risk analysis) study, identifying the risk activities and potential risk involvement. Update risk register and recommend corrective measures.
V. Develop and execute the progress monitoring system (PMS) for all three phases (engineering, Procurement and Construction).
VI. Preparation of delay analysis report on the basis of achieved progress and efficiency, suggest corrective measures.
VII. Verification & analysis of contractor Monthly progress report and detail update schedules.
VIII. Progress Monitoring & Report Generation for Client and corporate Office.
• Preparation of executive report for PAPCO/Sonatrach and corporate office.
• Activity wise progress reports on the basis of MNHRS/Quantities using PMS.
• Update the schedule & generate forecast for next month using Primavera Project Planner.
• Preparation of delay analysis report on the basis of achieved progress and efficiency. Preparation of S-curves and manpower histogram.
• Narrative report for each activity.
• Bottleneck presentation both due to Client & CPECC
