AS PLANNING & PROPOSAL ENGINEER
I. Detail study of ITB document and extract exact work scope of the requested project.
II. Preparation of shutdown estimate especially for the stationary equipment (Columns, vessels, reactors, heat exchanger, etc), includes evaluation of required indirect and direct manpower, equipment deployment, material and consumable requirement, cost of temporary facilities and general overheads and calculates contingency factors.
III. Prepare estimate of mechanical works for the construction of petrochemical and refinery projects applying the above said procedures.
IV. Develop work break down structure (WBS) and prepare level II, and level III schedule applying CPM techniques with the help of various scheduling computer software (Primavera, MS project and Suretrack).
V. Developing of progress monitoring systems for awarded projects.
VI. Monitors, adjusts, updates computerized bar charts of ongoing projects and evaluate the critical activities and recommend the corrective action.
VII. Preparation of monthly cost /efficiency reports
