Cross county Pipeline construction services
Testing and Pre-commissioning
Commissioning, Tie-ins, Shutdowns
Interface with PDO Operation for S/D planning
Job Responsibilities
Prepare look ahead schedule/plan 14days, 03 months for RIG location earthwork, Mechanical oil and water injectors flow lines, Oil Gross & Bulk headers, on pad hook up, Electrical OHL, elec. Hook up & Instrumentation work & special pipe line project works.
Responsible (Power user) for creation of project definition, WBS, network elements in SAP-PS.
Coordinate commissioning of new wells / conversion wells, S/D & emergency break down with client & site construction team.
Develop and maintain systems and procedures covering area of planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
Prepare planning formats & scope of work with respect to tender documents.
Identifies and reviews regularly critical, sub critical activities and bottlenecks with their impact on project schedules and its corrective measures.
Monitor reported progress of each dept. and contractors and ensure that the report accurately reflect in actual performance report.
Review and evaluate claims submitted by contractors.
Identifying and estimating resources requirement, hiring of special equipment/services and organizing procurement/mobilization of special equipment/services.
Prepare contract organization chart, Manpower, plant & vehicles allocation chart.
Attend weekly and monthly progress review and planning meeting with client, also attends conference meetings with co. & client’s contract representatives and top officials.
Prepare monthly executive reports on contract/ project status and progress.
Achievements
Completed construction and commissioning of BDNE-01 (High pressure self flow oil well with 800/900 M3/day oil production) in newly discovered Bodour cluster. The entire project including seismic survey, concepts was planned, designed, constructed and commissioned in a record time & budget in the history of SHELL international.
Managed to reverse the Construction / commissioning backlog of 30 oil/water injection wells in to a buffer (Advanced construction) of 35 wells including timely completion of regular wells in less than 8 months times for Petroleum Development Oman.
