Details of Major Projects involved in:

oConstruction of 12 nos 3 storey car parking garages for Package 3 & 4.
oConstruction of 12 nos Service Blocks for individual car parks for Package 3 & 4.

Major Responsibilities as Senior Planning Engineer:

oDevelopment & maintenance of project master construction schedule/revisions/catch-up plans in coordination with project team.
oResource Loading, Scheduling, Progress monitoring, updating, controlling and reporting periodically.
oPreparation of cash flow forecasts
oPreparation of Pictorial charts and other graphical representation of Project.
oSupervise the control system for a suite of projects including report format and analysis
oPreparation of planning procedures and progress measurement systems
oAttending the progress meetings with Client and reviewing the progress for the week.
oAssist in maintaining, improving and continually updating planning systems, procedures, processes and standards
oExtension of Time, Cause & Effect Schedules, Claim Analysis.

Other Responsibilities handled while working for the company:

oWealth Care Investments - B+G+13+2 storey Penta House Residential show rooms building: Preparation & approval of project master construction schedule, detailed resource loading and producing of various progress, manpower & cash flow curves.

oInternational City - Residential and Commercial Buildings 31 nos for Package 7: Preparation & approval of project master construction schedule, resource loading and producing of various progress, manpower & cash flow curves.

oInternational City - Residential and Commercial Buildings 29 nos for Package 6: Assisted the planner in Preparation & approval of project master construction schedule, resource loading & in producing graphical curves of the project.
