PLANNING ENGINEER-262 Million USD -Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication & Construction Oil & Gas Project for Chevron Texaco, USA.
•Developed & maintained project EPFCC schedule, update progress, resource loading in P3 schedule and generate & update manpower histograms.
•Developed detailed Level I, II, III & IV Work Schedules (by Area/Systems) and assists with Construction & Commissioning crew to develop and maintain Master Project Schedule.
•Responsible for deliverables include: Weekly Schedule Update, Critical Path Analysis, 30-day Look Ahead, 2 week Look Ahead, 120 Day Schedule, Change Order Impact Analysis, Workforce Histograms and support reporting for PSR, PMR, and Dashboards.
•Preparation & maintenance of Progress measurement system (PMS) for Construction & Commissioning phases.
•Developed & overview the maintenance of site Extra/Re work cost register.
•Overview & analyze site Performance Factor (PF) and report to management on monthly basis.
•Preparation of Construction Monthly Report, Bi weekly Construction meeting data.
•Collect, analyze & maintain proper backup for site progress quantities from site estimators, quantity surveyors & construction supervisors.
•Represented Project controls in Site weekly construction meeting with Chevron Texaco with presentation of Project progress figures, 2Week construction look ahead, Critical path & Longest path analysis.
•Attend inter company construction schedule meeting, Sub contractors weekly meeting, Progress tracking meeting with Area Construction Manager and advise the various disciplines regarding the critical activities and delay impact.
•Initiate, generate and analyze backup documents and report regarding payment milestones.
•Actively Participated from the beginning stage of the construction & commissioning of Cabinda Gas Plant Project, Angola.
•Attended various safety courses by CB&I and Chevron, and exposed to international standards of safety & working practices.
