·Responsible for all Project Management Documentation and weekly/monthly and exception reporting for multiple projects (MS Project and INNATE).
·Responsible for Programme co-ordination and KPI reporting for Departmental Programme.
·Liaison and negotiation with Sponsors, Resource Managers and Software Developer / Analysts with respect to Graphical User Interface mapping tools software development.
·Production of all my projects Business Cases and presentation to Board, where necessary.
·Meeting with Clients/Vendors to define and agree Specifications and Business Requirements for Document Management System (DMS) Design and Installation.
·Creation, design and production of DMS User Guides, User Acceptance Tests and Test Scripts.
·Presentations and Roadshows to both Senior Management and User Communities of the DMS.
·Managing the design, build, testing and commissioning of prototype equipment enclosures.
·Coaching and mentoring, setting standards for Project Planning and Project Management processes. Leading by example and assisting others in appraisals and personal development.
·Leading management of change from a Business point of view, with regard to the agreed Stakeholder/Management Board intentions using Change Management processes.
·Delivery of pilot Workflow system: Staffware and ARIS to replace Notes and Control systems.
·Design and delivery of a Project Support Office for the Infrastructure Support Department.
·Troubleshooting for stalled or shelved projects such as Heathrow Express coverage.
·Liaison with Vendors (3rd parties) and control of Project Plans, Issue and Risk Registers.
·Organising and chairing Project meetings and Quality Reviews.
·Chairing Application User Group meetings and ensuring developments/benefits/strategies are identified and prioritised under cost benefit analysis.
·Managing Call Centre infrastructure installations at Darlington and North Tyneside.
