May, 2010 Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, submission and updating of the project master program.
2. Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of:
i. project detailed construction program;
ii. project material procurement schedule;
iii. project shop drawings schedule;
iv. project cost loaded schedule;
v. project labour histograms;
vi. project short-term programmes (weekly, monthly)
3. Follow-up subcontractors’ programmes.
4. Initiation/responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineers/Subcontractors.
5. Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client.
6. Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors.
7. Preparation and maintenance of the project As Built Programme and closeout schedules.
8. Liaison, preparation and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims (if applicable) at the post construction stage.
