March, 2007 Duties & Responsibilities
1. Identifies each major construction activity, its relationship with other
activities and all other necessary support;
2. Correlates the activity list with contract documents and schedule of values;
3. Solicits and confirms all information from the best combination of resources,
incorporating it into a plan and submitted on time;
4. Monitors actual progress with the schedule, assessing its impact, gives cause &
effect relationship and necessary corrections;
5. Monitors the implementation of plans and maintains all document relative to
good and bad performance of all parties in a manner that is complete, correct
and well correlated;
6. Supervise & coordinate with project Cost Engineer in the processing & control
of change orders and cost reports.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
1. Prepares estimates of various works required in the project;
2. Consolidates & evaluates accomplishments and cost reports vis-à-vis budget;
3. Prepares subcontractors progress billings and accomplishment report;
4. Determines actual project accomplishment & prepares billing statements to
client;
5. Purchase Requisition of all materials thru SAP.
