June, 2005 KLG were the sole representatives of PRIMAVERA in India and provided training and consultancy to large Organizations in the field of project management.
I worked as Manager - Project Management with the company and was deputed to I.R.C.O.N. INTERNATIONAL LTD., New Delhi as a consultant to establish systems to plan & monitor their large scale infrastructure projects using Primavera such as “Electrification of Delhi Metro Corridor” of approx. cost Rs. 2500 million and “Jammu & Kashmir Rail Link Project" of approx. cost Rs. Rs. 10,560 million.
I was also responsible for conducting training programs designed for imparting knowledge of project management using Primavera to other giant corporates such as G.A.I.L., B.H.E.L., A.A.I., and N.H.P.C.
