•     Update the schedules and report the progress (Monitor and Control).
• Add the approved changes to the schedule.
• Attend the daily/weekly meetings (internal and with clients)
• Update Material and Shop drawings logs.
• Prepare Manpower Histogram.
• Prepare Cash Flows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Administration, Procurement, Finance departments for site requirements.
• Prepare Extension Of Time.
• Prepare an Civil & MEP plan for over than 5000 activities with the proper WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Sequence, Relationships, Critical Path Determining, Resource and Cost Loading
•     Establishing, preparing, and reviewing time schedules in all stages (preliminary, master, - milestones, pre-tender, pre-contract).
•     Allocating and loading resources such as manpower, equipments, and man-hours for all activities on the time schedules.
•     Evaluating and reporting progress of work, Project Budget, and productivity rates.
•     Preparing, reviewing, and evaluating change orders, change notices, variations, and claims related to time and/or cost.
•     Preparing cost plans.
•     Preparing interim and final payments and accounts for Sub-Contractors and Clients.
•     Attending meetings and handling all negotiations regarding the above tasks with all parties (Contractor - Consultant - Client Representative - Client).
