Technology Access Community Centers (TACCs) of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Sharkia Governorate, Egypt. Managing three centers hosted at the premises of Sharkia Governorate in Zagazig, the Sharkia Chamber of Commerce in Zagazig, and the 10th of Ramadan Investors Association in 10th of Ramadan city. The project aims at raising awareness of the Internet applications in developing the local rural and remote communities.
•Reviewing contractual documents for subcontractors and suppliers.
•Reviewing the updated monthly implementation schedule to monitor progress and to provide guidance to project team on recovery activities where needed.
•Reviewing and approving invoices submitted by suppliers and ensuring it is proper cost allocation and its timely transmittal to the finance department.
•Directing the preparation of and reviewing all progress reports required by the UNDP representatives in Egypt and New York in addition to other project parties like the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) and the Government of Egypt .
•Preparing and submitting the final project report
•Evaluating performance of personnel, reviewing and deciding upon the evaluation of all employees in the project.
