Reporting to Sr. Regional General Manager for UAE Region. 4 Project Directors and 4 Project in-charges reporting to me on dotted line. Job responsibilities included following assignments:
     Contracts Management & Control of portfolio 8 projects in various stages:
     5B+G+39 Resi. & Commercial Tower C2 at Jumeirah Lake Towers,
     2B+7P+42 Commercial PARK Towers, Plot PB - 02 ,DIFC Dubai,
     B+G+5 Floors TAJ GRANDEUR RESIDENCES AT Plot C-06 AT THE PALM, JUMEIRAH
     B+G+M+7 Floors TAJ Exotica Beach Resort, SPA & Villas at Plot C-07 AT THE PALM, JUMEIRAH
     B+G+8 + Health Club Floors UTMOST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT at Al Barsha
     2B+G+8 CENTRO HOTEL -AL BARSHA
     G+8 Storied Residential Buildings 15 nos package 5 & 6 at Tijara Town on Dubai-Al Ain Road
     Between Two Bridges (B2B) Hotel & Resort, & 18 Villas at Umm Al Nar, Abu Dhabi
     Review and update Budgets (Pre-start Estimates), and Cost to Complete (CTC) for balance project activities and report to the Management for any deviations and impact on overall profitability and suggest measures for controlling Cost & Schedules.
     Review Internal Control Systems for Projects execution, Billings, Procurements, Plant & Equipments, Personnel, Subcontracting, Tendering and planning functions.
     Providing support to Construction Execution Team for troubleshooting areas on Work Planning, Materials Procurements, Technical Submissions for Materials & Shop Drawings, Productivity improvements e.g. Formwork & Equipment requirements finalized for Tijara Town Project,
     Participate for ERP Implementation
     Management of Subcontractors & Vendors & Review of Work Orders for major items.
     Monitoring Project work progress – daily, weekly & Monthly Reviews
