Company overview:
ARYA SASOL Polymer Company is a joint venture company between the National Petrochemical Company of Iran and Sasol Polymers International, a South African petrochemical company. This complex is located in a 72 Hectare area within in "Pars special economic energy zone” on south of Iran, the total estimated investment amounts to 1,165 million Euros.

Key responsibilities:

     Analyzing the contractors claim (considering my background on planning and control of those contractors)
     Preparing the planning part of claim’s documents against contractors.
     Tracking of contracts close out.
I moved to contract department since the construction activities petered out in Nov 2006 and Arya sasol decided to close out the construction contracts.

Key responsibilities:

     Preparing the Progress Measurement System (PMS) for project.
     Preparing the overall schedule.
     Auditing the contractor proposed detail schedule to meet overall schedule.
     Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
     Preparing and executing of 3 week look a head plan and related reports and feedbacks.
     Arranging weekly progress meeting with contractor and preparing agenda.
