Ensuring the NDA estate has a coherent programme through which it’s remit can be delivered. This programme covers 120+ years and C£80bn worth of scope (undiscounted). This role is also responsible for the detail of the internal plans and ensuring the scope is aligned to Strategic Priorities and gives Value for Money to the tax payer. This covers the management of the resources required to produce and maintain the NDA’s own schedules for delivery of the C£250million worth of scope each year, and also consolidates the SLCs schedules into the corporate plan to ensure that the internal scope is coherent with the estate wide requirements using Primavera P6.
