Preparation of Clause-14 program with resource & cost loaded using Primavera Project Planner 3.1.
Prepare Progress Charts, Resource Curves and histograms to track the project.
Preparing weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Preparation and monitoring of progress measurement system based on activity % weightage method.
Monitoring of Drawings and Material approval Log.
Preparation of MIS reports for top Management.
Preparation of variation orders and Extension of time.
Conducting Weekly progress Meeting with execution team.
Attending project control meeting with consultant and project manager.
Tracking on materials and its procurement for timely delivery of project deliverables.
