General Responsibilities     Portfolio Management of mega projects on Primavera, preparation of resource loaded construction schedule and plan documents, Updating projects schedule, R&, Annual portfolio reports preparation, presentations, projects Bubble charts and trajectory chart, site visits for monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects, monthly or periodic reports of all projects, correspondence with stakeholders, R&D of the Project management Tool, hands on training of project management tools like Primavera, project maker, Open workbench, MS project etc. to different stakeholders and facilitating them for preparation of work schedule,
Detail of projects and responsibilities in my portfolio are hereunder;
• Software Technology Park     [A fast track project with 17 storey main building block and 5 storey car block with façade cladding and atrium, 2,00,000 sft area amounting $ 55 Million ]
     Schedule analysis-     Detail Schedule analysis of the activities, critical path, resources, histograms, cash flows
     Status Updating-     monthly update of the ongoing site works, re-baselining,
     Monitoring-     site visits, monitoring progress of works, photographic records of the works      
     Reporting-          generating monthly progress reports incorporating the site observations and recommendations
     Corresponding-      communicating all the stakeholders
• Punjab Assembly Building      [Two buildings; one with 60ft Dia Dome on the top and other with a 3 storey building]
     Schedule-          Developed the basic construction schedule for both the buildings
     Updates-          Status review of both the buildings
     Reporting-          Periodic reports
• Bulk Water Supply System      [Water supply transmission line of 28km including Intake structure, pump stations and laying of transmissions pipes through a hill area of Murree]
     Schedule Analysis-     Schedule Analysis of the construction schedule prepared by the Siemens.
     Status Updates-     Periodic monthly update reports
     Corresponding-     Meetings and decisions regarding construction works.
• Jinnah Burn Center      [Hospital 4 storey building with covered area of 160,120 sft, a helipad on roof of the Building and other services blocks, OHW tank]
Schedule-          Developed the basic construction schedule for both the buildings
     Updates-          Status review of both the buildings
     Reporting-          Periodic reports and updates
• Lahore Ring Road      [one of the mega projects of Pakistan; 67 km road with underpasses, bridges, culverts, ramps, slips, pedestrian bridge amounting $1 Billion]
     Schedule-          Master Schedule and resource loaded construction schedule of its packages on Primavera 3 & Primavera 6.0
     Site visits-          site visits for monitoring and evaluation
     Communication-     correspondence to stakeholders and meeting with the directors of the projects regarding project assessment

• Sailkot Lahore Motorway     [one of the mega road projects of Pakistan; 100 km road between two major industrial cities of Pakistan with underpasses, bridges, culverts, ramps, slips amoun]
Bids Evaluation-     part of Bid evaluation team to evaluate the international competent
