Since joing NMC in Aug 1988. I have progressed through the company working out on site for 11 years from Site Engineer upto Senior Site Manager. I have been invloved in projects that covers all aspects of Civil Engineering and Building.

I then moved into "Planning" and set up the NMC planning Department in 2000. Over the last 8 years I have developed planning processes and have a team of planners working from tender through to final as-built and entitlement programmes.

Further to my role as planning manager - I am also responsible for the Integrated Management System, Contract Adminstration and have developed many bespoke database systems to enhance NMC’s business process.

My current Job title is Operations Manager (Head Office).
