Following are some of the responsibilities during this Assignment:

Prepare the Construction Schedule for Sub-Station of DEWA using Project Management (P6) including Design, Procurement, Method Statements & Construction Activities.

Generate and monitor fortnightly & monthly look-ahead schedule / targets for the Sub-contractors based on Level-IV plans.

Project monitoring as per schedules / targets and prepare progress reports.

Estimation of Bill of Quantities for variation claim purposes.

Liaising with the client and designer.

Provide technical judgments for variations, EOT's and progress payments.

Ensure the compliance of executable sub-contracts.

Maintain contractual records and documentation.

Site management, Project Risk and opportunity management.
