Functional area / Job Responsibilities: (Project Management)

Planning/Monitoring and Project Control.

•     Project Planning and controlling base on Clause 14 – FIDIC conditions (Tools as Primavera 3,6.0 and MS project)
•     Setting out Standards for Monitoring of Civil Execution, Design & Engineering, Inspection, Installation and Maintaining a Project “S” Curve for the same.
•     Understanding and Monitoring of Sub-contractor/Vendor’s progress reports and their contractual implications.
•     Preparation and maintaining Monthly progress certification (payments) for all the activities involved.
