Responsible for the provision and implementation of Programme Control Systems and processes for the NPfIT Programme which consisted of: Integrated Care Records System, Electronic Booking System, Electronic Transmission of Prescriptions, Picture Archiving & Communications System, New National Networking Systems, Email & Directory Services, Design Authority, Stakeholder Liaison, and Cluster Implementation using Primavera 3.1 & Primavera P3e Planning Software.
Also responsible for the production and maintenance of an Integrated Programme Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), detailed and disciplined logic based programme schedules to meet Key Dates, Milestones and Interdependencies, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for performance measurement, Resource loading of schedules for forward manpower projections and reporting, Assistance with the compilation of the Programme Monthly Report.
