Work Profile:       posted as a member of “ Project Controls Department ” under supervision of Manager (Projects Control) for planning, scheduling and monitoring of Reliance Infocom Project – Rajasthan State.
Project Details: Reliance Infocom Project is Optical Fibre Cable Projects spread across all over India. The work involves Trenching, ducting, laying HDPE ducts and blowing cables through the same . The objective of REAL is to connect each & every part of the country both nationally and internationally by Internet media & Telephonic media with wider bandwidth for better communication, video conferencing, mobiles & basic telephone.
Responsibilities:
     Working as a Planning Engineer with Manager Projects Control for OFC project and basic responsibility involves over all planning, scheduling monitoring & controlling setting up PMIS for Rajasthan state .
     Daily, Weekly MIS to Regional office (Delhi) & Top Management (Mumbai) , core member of EPC team having weekly Video Conferencing with Top Management to identify/resolve critical issues , critical path to adhere time schedules & targets .
     Material coordination , control, requisition & allocation as per priorities .
     Technical Coordination from site execution team/sub-contractors/other departments, raising alarms to adhere schedule & targets , monitoring the work progress.
     Overseeing the entire execution of engineering jobs till handing over to the client.
     Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning on project sites.
     Interacted with clients for assessing requirements and reporting project progress.
Generating periodic reports and related MIS for projects status.
     Interacted with the clients and updating them on project progress.
