Coordination of Project Control Team (18 professionals) located in several officies (Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Fortaleza, Turin, Mumbay): cost budgeting and controlling, schedule management, progress evaluation, earned value and performance evaluation, schedule/costs risk analysis, change notice and change orders, time impact analysis for extension of time and prolongation costs, interface with Client on scheduling and progress, interface with Partners on schedule, progress and costs.
