Responsible for project planning and project controls for the Hong Kong Airport Railway Project, Disneyland & Pennies Bay Rail Link, Tseung Kwan O Rail Line, and the Shatin to Central Mass Transit Railway extension projects.

Responsibilities being in relation to the programming, reporting, risk management and project control of reclamation works, foundations, tunnels, high quality architectural finishing, building services and electrical, mechanical and track system installations and project commissioning works.

Responsible for overall concept and feasibility planning, with excellent organisational and partnering skills, with significant experience in managing and motivating site staff, operatives and planning teams.
