1. I created manpower resource 'Planning Engineer'.

2. assigned a manpower resource to 'Level of Effort' Activity and assigned Budgeted units/Time as 3 nos.

3. when i check this in Resource Assignment window, it shows as 4 units per month, however at activity level it show correct value as 3 units per month.

4. its giving differnt result at Activity level and Resource level (summarized)
