Since Mr. A will go for vacation for 3 days & Mr. B will take care of his role. Assigning both resources to a single activity( Activity type - LOE, Activity name - Project Management) showing over allocation for Mr. A(Resource) in resource usage profile window. Also getting over allocation for Mr. B, If he is assigned for other role( Such as supervisor) for other duration of the project.
