This will be followed by a step by step exploration of the transformation of a 3D model into a BIM model throughout all project stages (from conceptual design stage, to advanced design & collaboration, construction stage and to post construction stage). It will give an overview of the new challenges faced by designers, the emergence of a new profession within these new collaborative work processes and the value of standards and protocols. |
