balance score card and weightages

hi all

how do i work with weightages on a balance score card and KPI, the sales staff KPI is  1.2 million in assets , 25 new /upgraded relationship .. while the weightage for  asset is 20 and the new relationship is 15 .

how do i measure there performance .
