Schedule management lead, working with Arcadis, on the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme. Successfully led a team of 5 planners in developing, managing and maintaining the schedule for the £1.00bn transformation of Manchester Airport: a 15 year programme of work which will increase the airport's passenger and aircraft capacity, while improving the customer and stakeholder experience.
