Planning & cost management services to definition phase of Beibu Gulf Offshore Oil & Gas Project. Modelled a range of potential development cases via cost estimates, budgets, CapEx & OpEx economics streams, DSP input for FID & schedules. Defined work & cost breakdown structures with AFE catalogue, level one & two schedules, milestone trend analyses. Initial data-load to proprietary cost management/ control system with phased costs (S-Curves) for the range of development scenarios.
