 All pre and post tender roles that includes subcontract procurement, BoQs and activity schedules, tender documents;  Tender comparisons, evaluations, tender clarification interviews, placing of orders and order amendments.  Assess monthly payment applications, issue payment notices, payment certificates ensuring that subcontractor payments are dealt fairly and in accordance with the contract;  Visit regularly to operational site to review the performance of the project, work packages.
