The original post was not too bad where ideas were expressed clearly as being the posters opinion, but calling the companies rip-offs was definitely uncalled for.
I agree with Ron. Future posts of this nature should be edited to censor or tone down the offensive remarks in accordance with the forum guidelines.

Hi there,
We sent a private email to Oliver advising of the posting. He has since responded and called me (James) up on the phone advising of his response.
Oliver advised that he was happy.
Am not sure if it is "right" to be abusive in such a manner. What are others opinions?
