I’m not sure if (non-moderator) members can edit their own posts in a locked thread. I started this thread to find out and suggest they be restricted in case they currently can.
ooh .. which brings me to another question. Rather than just cancelling a membership can we ban an IP ? Otherwise a persistent offender may just re-register, especially if hes mad after being banned.

I would like to think that you cant change anything in a locked thread ? Is this not the case ?
As for Mehdis "work", perhaps we should educate him about the possible consequences of plagiarism.
It will be one of our rules not to post copyrighted material. Perhaps then we can operate a "three-strikes" rule for persistent offenders ?
