Exxon Mobile’s Singapore Parallel Train Project, responsible for a team of 3 planners looking after Interconnecting piperacks, secondary process units and Early Tankage scopes of work.
Design and Procurement taking place in FW office in reading, UK and Construction on Jurong Island, Singapore.
Co-ordinating three separate Level 3 schedules using Primavera P3 v 3.1, and Level 1 & 2 schedules utilising milestone Software. Level 3 schedule developed from FEED stage engineering documents with buy in from discipline leads and client through consultation and review.
Took part in Contract Development Teams, with particular emphasis covering major scopes of Pre Assembled Racks (PARs) and High Voltage Underground Cable installation. Attended Contrator presentations and assessments in Singapore. Progress monitoring of Procurement and Sub Contracting on a weekly bassis and Engineering on a monthly basis utilising FW’s in house database for document control - WebDMS.
