The scope of work for my company is Project & Construction Manager. My responsibilities include preparing & updating Master Schedule in multi-contract environment. Checking the Contractors’ schedules and advising them to fit in the deadlines of Master Schedule and co-ordination among different trades i.e. Structural, Finishing, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing. Monitoring contractors’ progress & Delay analysis against Master Schedule. Preparing trades-wise update for weekly progress meetings.
