Job overview
Being accountable and have authority for Planning project activities, develop planning schedules for all project phases
Responsible for allocating resources within time schedule.
Preparing weekly report expressing progress in the project, monitoring, control and report engineering work progress, resource usage and requirement for all field development projects
Preparing monthly report in order to measure project performance relative to project budget and prepare periodic report to project team and the management, raise and advise the corrective action if adverse cost/schedule trends are observed..
Generating Cash flow reports (Cash-in –Cash out reports), prepare periodic project schedule reports.
Generate Update progress reports illustrating the critical activities and bottle necks in the project
Participating with Contract administration department in preparing claim documents
