It is good practice to prefix the text in a library description with a series of leading zero numerics.
They work as text but look like numbers so category 1 would have:
01 Main Text Heading
001 Sub Text Heading
0001 Description.
0002 Description
Pretty much the same as a WBS system.
The advantage of this method is that each description carries with it its place in the heirarchy.
You can also allocate library items into seperate subjects and sub subjects which does the same as the above but without the indication in the description.
