Yes it is. Firstly you need to create a Task or Resource table to use depending on what suits your needs and then create your custom view using that table.
View > Table: > More Tables...
Create/edit/copy a table to include the columns you want to display, making sure the check the Show in menu option
View > More Views...
Create/edit/copy a view and select the Table you created from the drop-down menu, making sure the check the ‘Show in menu option’
