But where they are in the realms of wishful thinking or downright fantasy, they should be stomped on and a healthy dose of realism introduced.

You can baptise any name whatever you want, but be careful not to humiliate human beings, give pride to your project team members by naming them like for example, project control specialist.
Project control specialist is a beautiful word to name a person who works in the area of planning and scheduling, ireespective of what the person is really doing.
