Responsibilities     
     Strategically planning program of works for new projects in Primavera Project Planner 3.1/ P3 EC 4.1, including estimation of Resources (Man-hrs, Plant-hrs and Materials), Staff/Manpower/Plant Requirements for new projects and preparing Budgets for new projects.
     Efficiently preparing and implementing Cost-Control Systems, Payment Assessment Schedule (PAS), S Curves, etc.

Current Role

•     2 Pump Stations Construction for Al-Gardabia Reservoir and Grand Al Gardabia Reservoir under Consultancy of Halcrow-U.K.
•     Planning & Cost Activities on MS Project, All submissions to the Client and Client Represantative, Contract administration, , Correspondence, Reporting to Project Manager(daily, weekly, monthly progress reports) , Consortium Contract coordination with ABB, Invoicing, Preparation and Review of Subcontractor Contracts and Payment certificates

Monitoring and coordination of Site Planning Activities & Reporting of progress for each site, Cost Control, Monthly progress reports & Payment Certificates, Estimating, Recovery Plans )
•     Planner and Cost controller in Head Office of the company for Libya Projects (ongoing water pipeline & irrigation and road projects, contract signed pump station projects)

•     Abu Aisha Water Pipeline and Irrigation Project Phase II, Construction of the irrigation system of a 100 km² agricultural area with 40 km. ductile iron pipe, 310 km. uPVC pipe, 830 R/C chambers, 12,500 valves, 330,000 m³ excavation, 375,000 m³ backfilling
