Following and tracking of the Contract on all its course with the following responsibilities:
– tracking and responsible for good evolution of all the co-ordinated works from technical and financial point of view;
– Informing the Upper Management about the status of the contract;
– To petition the Investor for contract documentation, checking the execution documentation;
– Studying the contract, technical demands and execution documentation;
– Following all the financial guarantee clauses of the contract to be accomplished;

Implementing established policy, procedures, and systems.
Provide functional and administrative management of all project control activities including: budgets, code of accounts, cash flow forecasts, manpower forecasts, progress and performance measurement, productivity analysis, trends, change control process, project and executive reporting.
Maintain adequate level of personnel, with appropriate levels of skills.
Provide on-going staff development and training.
Oversee the Cash Flow Analysis preparation for the Corporate reporting

Develop, maintain and control the project schedule; monitor and control the budgets and the costs, manpower forecast, progress, earned value and performance factor analysis for engineering phase.
Issue the internal and the Client (external) reports, invoice verifications; issues change orders and trends for all deviations from the budget..
