•     Take responsibility on survey work in single house project

BLCP 717 x 2 MW Coal Fired Power Plant Project, Map Ta Phut, Rayong
•     Take responsibility on survey work, piling work and QA/QC

•     Take responsibility on estimation in civil and structural work and also provide schedule inclusive of resource loading

•     To provide project schedule as per the requirement on TOR for proposal submission
•     To develop detailed project plan and schedule
•     To provide progress measurement and report on weekly basis
•     To provide updated schedule and two week look ahead on weekly basis
•     To provide forecast schedule and delay analysis
•     To attend project meeting

•     To provide project schedule and cost & man-hour budget for proposal
•     To provide project schedule
•     To provide project WBS and deliverable register inclusive of work milestone
•     To provide progress measurement and report on weekly basis inclusive of project budget & cost
•     To provide weekly updated schedule and two week look ahead
