Try repairing it by running the P3 utility,

C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS\PFXW.EXE

Good luck!

Sounds like you have a problem and from my many years experience primavera have never been able to sort this problem. There are many hickups when it comes to copying or backing up primavera files.... logic is lost, logic doesnt work, sometimes logic moves and holds activities without any reason and there is nothing you can do apart from delete all logic and start again with the offending activities (I know it sounds like election time). I dont think I’ve ever had a satisfactory answer from Primavera but I do believe they produce some good mother luvin planning software which we planners still use.

My answer is not to copy as a back up but try to replicate the folder using some good software and then send.

Regards

Kieran

Sta,

could you please be more specific? what does it mean, the project does not show up ... does your colleague have an error message?
