Hi Maya,
Again, give the Bluebeam PDF a try. You can get a trial version from website. You can see whether its working or not right away. I have given up on Adobe.
Eric
I tried this:
Set my Adobe as default printer
Printed directly without going to Print Preview
Now I get an (different)error saying "Printer errors...General Errors".
Dont know what else to do.
I have service pack 3.
Please keep your thoughts coming.
Hi All,
U dont require acrobat to create PDF files. Check this software

Cheers,

I always have problems printing to Adobe Acrobat (up to Version 7.0) from Print Preview screen also. I have to print directly to the Adobe Acrobat. Even worse, I can’t print any sheets larger than Tabloid size to Adobe. I know even Version 8 is the same. Here is the good information I would like to share with everybody. I recently purchased another PDF-making program called Bluebeam PDF Revu. It works flawlessly with P3 without any problems I have mentioned above.
Note: For some reason, make sure to start Bluebeam Administrator, click on "Restart" pushbutton of "Printer Monitor" under "Printer" Tab window every time you start the PC. You only need to do that for P3, not other programs.
The problem probably is that you do not have Service Pack 3 installed. This update was intended to fix PDF printing problems. Good luck!
Hi Maya ,
Make your PDF printer default , then print without going to the print preview , print directly

Hi,
I am using P3 version 3.1 and Adobe Profeessional 8. So far printing is flawless.

Dont know about Adobe Acrobat 8.0; P3 is compatible with PDF Creator and some other PDF file freeware generators
