I used pdf995 before switching to pdfcreator; pdf995 adds a comment to printouts when you are using the free version, pdfcreator is a wonderful opensource app, no comments added.

You can also get pdf995 (freeware) at pdf995.com. It works really well with all Primavera products.

Adobe Acrobat causes errors with P3 because P3 does not like long directory & file names.

To resolve the problem one needs to go to the Adobe Properties, select the Ports tab, select Add Port and create a new pdf port with a short file name for example C:\P3WIN\OUT.

Thanks for the information. I recall now that I did have this problem a few years back. I have overcome the problem by using cutewriter which is free software available on the internet. Maybe I will solve the Adobe problem one day when I have nothing better to do.

Dear Roger..

I too faced the problem but could sort it out..just try to give print option from p3 main screen rather than giving the print command in print preview screen after connecting ur laptop to the printer.I dont know the logic but its true that it will land u up in success..

Please give me the feed back after trying.

Regards..
