Go to http://www.primavera.com/customer/index.asp and register, you will need a P3 license that is in maintenance to register. After registering you will have access to the database, do a search on the number below and you will be able to download the files.
This spreadsheet is for P3 Ver 3.1 not Primavera Version 5.0.

Hi Paul,
First i would like to thank you for your book "Planning & scheduling using p5" it made it simple to me.
Can you explain how can i access the spreadsheet from primavera web site ?
Regards,
Moe
The copy function in the WBS form is designed to copy an arm of a WBS structure.
The is also a Excel spreadsheet available that may be used to import and export WBS Codes and Descriptions available from the P3 web site under Solution ID: 200252492644.
The other option is to use Batch but the spreadsheet is a lot simpler.

Select the WBS code you wish to copy, then paste it. Simple!
P3 will ask for a new code value for the copied part.
export your activity list with wbs
copy and paste in Excel for all the wbs no
import back to p3
