Hi
If you need to know more about P3, you can always try playing about using the Sample Projects that come with P3, such as Project APEX.
Also try using the Tutorial that is located under Help/Tutorial (Organise Data)
These should alos help you get a feel for the software.

John
Syed Shahzad,
It seems you do not know even the basics of dealing with P3 i suggest that you buy some of the books training P3 do not start by the manual start with a sample project to correctly understand the features of p3 in a practical way.
I have trained P3 in Jordan, this was 6 months ago, send me massage and i will provide you with sample project step by step building

Hi
Q1 - Try clicking Format / Organise and the check what you are "Grouping" and your "Sort Order". This feature in P3 organises your data and how it will appear on screen, this may be casing you problem.
Q2 - Activity codes are used to organise your data, i.e. they group specific data under specific headings which allows you to make a readable report. (Access in P3 is by clicking on Data\Activity Codes).
An example would be all the work related to doing a foundation could be grouped und the title "Building Foundation".
Another example would be to code all similiar work discipline, i.e. all electrical activites could be coded under a title of "Electrical", this would allow you to pull out a schedule of all electical work. etc
Q2 - WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), A Hierarchy that results from breaking down or ordering the project so that the activities on any level are a subsection of the level above. Basically a method to break a large project project into smaller parts that allows for a lower level of control etc.
An example would be for a building when each part of the main building is broken down and identified, and then possibly another level of the WBS would be by Discipline.
In P3 there is a good Help section, that may help you with these points. (Click on Help / Selection - I print off the sections I have had problems with and file - makes a good referance guide)
