go in Harris page (http://www.eh.com.au/) and under technical paper there is an article how to install and make run the system.
There is a readme.txt file and installation steps are listed (I dont have this file in hand).
I remember the installation is in window control panel, click the ODBC icon, add the connection by the ODBC, and so on...

Since Primavera have change the platform, the link is not working. You need to do the search yourself after successful login.

Try to go in primavera web page Knowledgebase and search for "RA engine".

You can do it from Primavera technical support web page, "Pervasive ODBC driver"
When You install P3 it has already Btrieve that is an ODBC driver (I do not know if 32bit) as I use the pervasive one.
