Thanks Jorge

What you`ve said will suffice for my purpose although I was hoping for a simpler report.

I can still utilise excel to give me what i need in the way of a simple report.

Hi Forum Guest,

1. First, make sure that your setting allows for multiple project data dates.

From the menu, select: >Tools >Schedule> Options

Select Advanced Tab

Remove check from "Project Group Scheduling"

2. Run the schedule with the Schedule Statistics Report.

From the menu, select: >Tools >Schedule >Schedule Now.

Note: Do not use F9 as this doesnt bring out the Report.

You will see in the report that the different projects in the project group will have different project start dates, project finish dates, data dates, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Jorge

In option, uncheck overwrite sub-project data date when scheduling.

How about creating a Custom Data Item (type = start) in each of the subprojects use a global change to set the value of the CDI = Data Date.

Bit long winded but it works. If I remember right you can also use PRMBatch, but I dont have the manual (or the CD).
